Your First Visit
Your first visit to see Dr. Keyan Botsford will set the foundation for your orthodontic care. You can complete your patient forms online to make the most of your appointment. We respect your time and go out of our way to make sure your in-office experience is fast and helpful.
Your first consultation with Dr. Botsford includes digital X-rays to determine the current position of your teeth. We'll then decide whether orthodontic correction could improve the appearance and function of your smile. Exams at our office are always free, including the check-in appointments during your treatment.
After your free consultation, you'll have time to address any questions or concerns with Dr. Botsford and the team. We'll do our best to explain all of your treatment options so you can determine which one is right for you.

Financing & Insurance
At Botsford Family Orthodontics, you'll get an affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We offer in-house and third-party financing through CareCredit, and discounts for cash payment in full at the start of treatment.
Insurance
You‘ll benefit from lower out-of-pocket costs if your insurance covers orthodontic treatment. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit distinct from regular dental insurance.
Remember that insurance policies vary, and we’ll review your coverage to determine the appropriate course of action. Once you begin treatment, we’ll file your claims.
We’re a preferred provider with Delta Dental and MetLife.
To help us with your insurance filing and help you learn about your orthodontic benefits, we’ll ask you a few questions about your insurance during your first phone call with us.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
