She helps make every patient feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. As our Treatment Coordinator, Cassie takes the time to get to know you and learn about your treatment goals. She knows that starting orthodontic treatment comes with questions, and she's always happy to answer them, explain each step, and make sure you feel confident moving forward! When Cassie isn’t welcoming in our new patients, she’s busy behind the scenes collaborating with our referring dental offices and community’s schools ☺️ We’re so grateful to have Cassie as one of the friendly faces welcoming you into the BFO family!

She makes me laugh so hard every single day. She's such a hard worker and a great friend. ⁠ ⁠ My favorite thing about Jocelyn is her growth in the last two years she's been with BFO. It's been incredible! She is intelligent, knows more than she thinks and shines with confidence when her knowledge gets put to use. I love watching her train new team members. We appreciate having her on our team! ⁠ ⁠ My favorite thing about Joce is her way to make everyone smile and laugh! She is so smart and talented at what she does. I love working with her! ⁠ ⁠ I love that Joce is a great listener and is always there to listen and support. She always makes me feel cared about. I love Joce!!🩷⁠ ⁠ My favorite thing about Jocelyn is her humor! Once you’ve cracked her quiet exterior you find out that she is absolutely HILARIOUS. Jocelyn always finds a way to bring out the joy in all of us. It has been such gift! ❤️⁠ ⁠ My favorite thing about Joce is the bond we have together, we have such a big sister little sister bond I know I can go to her with anything 💜 ⁠
Taking a minute to interrupt the normally schedule Taking a minute to interrupt the normally scheduled orthodontic content 😎 Last month, we spent five days in New York visiting my little brother and his fiancée, and my parents joined us from California! Our hearts and bellies came back very full 💕 This is my WHY. This is what life is about! So grateful for the quality time spent with the family who raised me and the family we’re raising now. Grateful that we’re just a short flight or drive away from one another. And most of all, grateful for these moments together!
⁠ Meet Gracie! Gracie is one of our fabulous orth ⁠ Meet Gracie! Gracie is one of our fabulous orthodontic assistants who loves making patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. We fell in love with Gracie because of her high energy and warmth! Whether she's helping a child through their first braces appointment or chatting with an adult during an adjustment, she has a way of making every visit feel a little more relaxed and fun. Our favorite is when our patients happen to also be her gymnastics students! We love having Gracie as part of the Botsford Family Orthodontics family. She’ll be heading to Dental Hygiene school this fall so we’re enjoying every minute we have with her until then! Be sure to congratulate her on her upcoming new chapter!
